Information you provide

The public draft generator processes the garment details you enter in your browser. The current version does not require an account and does not intentionally store those garment details on our servers. Files you export are created on your device.

Purchases

Checkout and payment processing are provided by Creem as merchant of record. Creem may collect identity, billing, tax, payment, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy. We receive purchase and delivery information needed to provide the digital product and support.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and rights

Support correspondence and transaction records may be retained as required for customer service, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
